Evgeniy Lyulin, together with Artem Zhoga, signed an agreement on cooperation between the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic in St. Petersburg, ZSNO Chairman Evgeniy Lyulin announced this in his telegram channel.

The same agreements were concluded with the parliaments of the Lugansk Republic and Sevastopol.

“All regions are ‘at war’, front-line, and our region is among the first to extend a hand to them,” Lyulin emphasized.

He recalled that the Nizhny Novgorod parliament has been cooperating with Donetsk since 2014, when they began sending the first humanitarian aid.

“Many deputies attended the special operation, some staff members volunteered to defend the DPR. Residents of Nizhny Novgorod have long been part of the community there: they work in the government of the republic, restore Khartsyzsk, and develop youth parliamentarism.

To cope with threats and integrate more closely into the legal space of the Russian Federation – this is the task facing new regions today. Let’s continue to solve it together,” said Evgeny Lyulin.
