The most fire-dangerous areas of the region have been named

According to the results of a study conducted by the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, six districts were identified in the Novosibirsk region that pose the greatest danger in terms of fires. These include:

1. Novosibirsk region;

2. Iskitimsky district;

3. Kochenevsky district;

4. Kuibyshevsky district;

5. Toguchinsky district;

6. Tatar region.

To improve safety and fight fires, large-scale work was carried out in the fall of 2023.

In 916 villages and hamlets, clearing of settlements and earthen strips with a total length of more than three thousand kilometers were created. In addition, measures were taken to clear the areas of dry grass and other debris. These preventive measures are aimed at localizing and preventing the spread of fires in the spring and summer.
