The developer Fakt.Prom (part of the Fakt Group of Companies) will begin construction in the summer of the first of six buildings of the Kievskoye-95 industrial park in the Pushkinsky district of St. Petersburg. RBC writes about this.

The area of ​​the first building will be 6.8 thousand square meters. m. It is planned to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2025. The total area of ​​the industrial park consisting of six light industrial buildings will be 60 thousand square meters. m. The project will be completely ready by 2028.

And 80% of companies are ready to enter the universal sites offered by the light industrial format,” said Alexander Khodchenkov, general director of K-95 Exploitation (part of the Fakt Group of Companies).

It is planned that the park’s production capacity will be about 200 thousand square meters. m, including 60 thousand sq. m in light industrial format, as well as buildings built by residents. They acquired a total of 10 hectares, on which they are designing buildings of 30 thousand square meters. m.
