Today, April 26, some addresses in Tula will be affected by a planned power outage.
As explained in the Tula city electrical networks, some subscribers will temporarily turn off the power because of the need to carry out work important for the uninterrupted functioning of the energy infrastructure. We are talking about installing metering devices, replacing supports and installing SIP.
