In Omsk, another conflict occurred between an employee and a client of a catering establishment. Earlier, an incident in a pizzeria, where two drunken visitors poured boiling water on an employee and destroyed the establishment’s property, received loud publicity. This case ended in court, but only one hooligan was sentenced – the second did not live to see the trial.
Yesterday, April 25, another fight became known. This time, as eyewitnesses indicate, in the cafe of the fast food chain “Rostiks” on Herzen, 19. A video of the conflict was published in the public page “Omsk.Live”. In the video, the visitor begins to make complaints to the cashier in a raised voice, and then throws an object and a glass of drink at him. In response, the cashier also throws another drink at the customer. Afterwards, the woman continued to insult the staff and began screaming to call the police, accusing the cashier of pouring hot coffee on her. And then the visitor threw a tray of food over the counter.
“We do not tolerate any manifestations of aggression and violence and take this incident very seriously.” This situation is completely unacceptable and we regret this incident. A detailed investigation into this case is currently underway. – reported in Rostix press service.
Under the video, Omsk residents ask the restaurant to treat the situation with understanding and not fire an employee who was only defending himself.
