The Omsk City Prosecutor’s Office reported on the completion of an inspection against Inkos LLC, which violated the terms of contracts for the supply of hot school meals. Law enforcement agencies noted the presence of violations in the work of organizations.
Thus, in 15 educational institutions of the city, meals were organized untimely, which not only violated the rights of students, but also the legislation in the field of education and the procurement system.
As a response measure, the prosecutor’s office chose a complaint against the director of Inkos. The company itself was fined 76 thousand rubles for violating Part 7 of Art. 7.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (actions/inactions resulting in failure to fulfill contractual obligations causing significant harm to the interests of society and the state).
Previously, BK55 reported that the company was included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers. After this, the owners of the enterprise decided to re-register it in Moscow.
