“Among our honored guests were Eduard Mikhailovich Vishnyakov and Valentina Aleksandrovna Marunova. From April 1975 to April 1992, the Ambulance and Emergency Medical Care Station was headed by Chief Physician Eduard Mikhailovich Vishnyakov, who made numerous efforts to improve the specialized pre-hospital service. From April 1992 to March 2004, the chief physician of the Tver SSMP was Valentina Aleksandrovna Marunova. During this period, the Station began to operate under a new economic mechanism, which made it possible to improve the material and technical base of the institution,”
