The incident occurred in January 2023 in the science city. This was reported by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Kaluga region.
According to investigators, the 35-year-old man raped the girl and made video pornography with two children. After which the defendant and his partner killed the minors and dismembered them, and hid the corpses in the sewer. As it turned out, he suffers from a chronic mental disorder.
Later, during the arrest, the man threatened the police with a machete knife and insulted them. The court ordered the Kaluga resident compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital. In addition, he will be intensively monitored because he poses a particular danger to himself and others.
At the moment, the criminal case of the cohabitant, who is a minor, is being considered in the Obninsk City Court.
The court ruling has not entered into legal force and can be appealed.
Earlier, in the regional center, another Kaluga woman stabbed her partner while drinking.
