Voronezh authorities update the list of unacceptable violations for concessionaires

Voronezh. 04/26/2024. ABIREG.RU – Voronezh authorities want to amend the resolution on state control of price regulation during the sale of concessions. It is planned that Deputy Chairman of the Government Konstantin Kuznetsov will exercise supervision. This follows from the documents that were at the disposal of Abirega.

Authorities will be keeping a close eye on five things. So, if an organization has set a price or tariff that is significantly higher or lower than twice the amount compared to the previous period, then this may be a violation. If the concessionaire does not carry out more than half of the planned investment activities within two years, this may also be a violation.

In addition, if the volumes of goods or services that were provided at regulated prices or tariffs differ by more than 20% of the company’s revenue for the year, this may be considered a violation.

Another point that may be of interest is if the concessionaire’s revenue from the sale of goods or services at regulated prices or tariffs has increased by more than 25% without a corresponding increase in the volume of services provided.

The final innovation, which may be regarded as a violation, is if the company does not submit applications or documents to set prices or tariffs in the areas of electricity, heat supply, water supply, sewerage and municipal waste management within the established time frame.
