According to the regional prosecutor’s office, the Inkos company, which left Omsk schoolchildren without lunch, was fined 76 thousand rubles.
It turned out that after signing the contracts, the company untimely organized hot meals in 15 Omsk schools, thereby violating the rights of minors, as well as the requirements of the law in the field of education and the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works and services.
To eliminate the violations, the prosecutor’s office made a presentation to the director of the organization. Inkos was also brought to administrative responsibility under the article “Actions (inaction) that resulted in failure to fulfill obligations under the contract for the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services for the needs of customers, causing significant harm.”
The execution of administrative punishment is under the control of the Omsk prosecutor’s office. Previously, Inkos was included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers.
