At 14:00 on April 26 at the MBOU “School No. 168 named after I.I. Labuzy” there will be a ceremonial award ceremony for the winners and the closing of the 54th city conference of the Scientific Society of Students “Eureka”, the regional stage of the All-Russian competition of research and design works of students “Youth, Science, Culture”, reported the Department of Education of the Nizhny Novgorod Administration.
Participants in the event will be 170 students who became winners of the city conference, their academic advisors, heads and representatives of higher educational institutions, heads and representatives of the Department of Education of the Nizhny Novgorod Administration, and bodies that manage the education sector of city district administrations.
“The city conference of the Scientific Society of Students “Eureka” was held at the bases of nine universities in Nizhny Novgorod in three stages. 12 thousand 880 people took part in 2 thousand 755 sections of school conferences, regional conferences were held in 152 educational institutions of the city and consisted of 715 sections in which 2 thousand 369 students took part, 1 thousand 382 leaders trained students in the regional conference of NOUs. The city conference of the scientific society of students was held in 144 sections of various scientific fields, the participants of which were 1 thousand 172 people,” said specialists from the education department.
The expert commission included scientists and teachers from educational institutions in the city and region. There were 465 experts, including 125 teachers.
The organizers of the city NOU conference were the Department of Education of the Nizhny Novgorod Administration, the Palace of Children’s Creativity named after V.P. Chkalov, higher educational institutions of the city, All-Russian children’s public organization “Public Small Academy of Sciences “Intelligence of the Future”.
