Since 2021, the Ministry of Education of Russia, on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, has been holding the Forum of Class Teachers (FKR). This year it will take place in early October in Moscow, the participants should be a thousand class teachers and curators of groups of secondary vocational education organizations from different regions of our country.
Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergei Kravtsov noted that the Forum of Class Teachers is rightfully considered one of the landmark professional events for teachers.
– The work of class teachers and group curators is difficult to overestimate, because they are the ones who are responsible for organizing the learning process and educating the younger generation. I am sure that the forum will once again become a space for the exchange of experience, pedagogical developments and practices; you will be able to take part in master classes and expert platforms, bring forward innovative ideas and implement them in your schools,” emphasized Sergei Kravtsov.
The acceptance of applications for FKR-2024 has already started and will last until June 10.
You can fill out the form using the link. Then you need to go through a selection process, which includes a questionnaire, several tests (on the basics of pedagogy, “50 questions for the classroom,” “Pedagogical situations”) and a video card on the topic “My educational practice.”
Rich programs will be prepared for the forum participants – educational, discussion and cultural. They will meet with speakers and experts – recognized specialists in various fields, who will share their professional experience with the audience.
Snezhana Maltseva, a teacher at the Marshikha Secondary School in the Makushinsky District, participated in the FKR twice – in 2022 and 2023. And at the end of last year, she became the ambassador of the Forum of Class Teachers from the Kurgan Region – 2024. Snezhana Aleksandrovna encourages her fellow countrymen to apply and participate in the FKR.
