Rostov region, April 25, 2024. DON24.RU. A resident of Rostov found 68 mortar shells in a barn. This was reported by Kommersant with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.

According to the source, a woman, while in the village of Aleksandrovka, Azov region, discovered a 200-liter plastic barrel with 68 fragmentation mines of 82 mm caliber in a barn on the territory of her house. Experts have established that the bottle-shaped objects found are incompletely equipped with industrial explosive devices and contain 400 g of TNT.

62 conical-shaped objects were also found in the barrel – M-1 instantaneous head contact fuses for mines.

Earlier, Don pyrotechnicians neutralized a 250-kilogram aerial bomb from the Great Patriotic War.
