In Buryatia, meat shop employees worked without a medical examination and unofficially

In the Kizhinginsky district, an agricultural cooperative violated the labor rights of workers. This became known after an inspection by the district prosecutor’s office.

It was established that the employer did not enter into employment contracts with nine employees of the meat products production workshop. They worked in the cooperative for quite a long time. Also, the employees did not undergo a mandatory medical examination.

The head of the organization received a representation from the department. Also, for violating Part 4 of Article 5.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and Part 3 of Article 5.27.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, he was fined 25 thousand rubles.
