In the Orenburg region they will train a new elite from the participants of the Northern Military District

In Orenburg, as well as in several other cities of the Russian Federation, highly qualified leaders will be trained from among the participants of the SVO. They are promised to be provided with jobs in state and municipal authorities, as well as in state-owned companies.

This work is being carried out within the framework of the “Time of Heroes” program initiated by President Vladimir Putin. The managerial potential of the future elite should be determined by an objective methodology, which, according to its authors, excludes the human factor.

Based on the results of testing, SVO participants will be sent for training. Anyone who is currently performing a combat mission will be able to pass the selection during vacation. This can be done at branches of the Presidential Academy.

In Orenburg, registration for testing begins on May 15.
