The Bryansk city emergency medical station includes six substations, which are located in each district of the regional center, as well as in the Bryansk region and in the territorial center for disaster medicine. The ambulance employs 711 employees. Of these, 47 are doctors, 382 are health workers with secondary vocational education.
46 ambulance teams are ready to respond 24/7: 36 general (4 medical, 32 paramedic, 4 anesthesiology-resuscitation, 4 pediatric, 1 psychiatric) and 3 teams from the territorial center for disaster medicine (2 anesthesiology-resuscitation and 1 aeromedical team). This was reported by the regional health department.
Over the past five years, the fleet of ambulances in the Bryansk region has been completely renewed. All vehicles are equipped with modern medical equipment.
On April 28, ambulance workers will celebrate their professional holiday. The heroes of the occasion will be honored in all municipalities of the Bryansk region.
