The author of the message and photographs believes that poachers are to blame. In the comments, they are perplexed, believing that poachers have nothing to do with it, and it’s all about criminal tapping into oil pipelines.

“When the freaks who are trying to steal oil products from the pipeline do not think about any ecology. There was a spill due to a criminal tie-in, which was eliminated as much as possible. People spoil themselves,” explained the Ryazan resident.
