Work on the construction of a residential building with 552 apartments under the renovation program has started in the Lyublino district in the southeast of the capital, reports the press service of the Moscow Construction Department.

“The facility will appear at the address: Sovkhoznaya Street, land plot No. 55.2 (plot No. 21.1). The new building will consist of three separate sections, united by an underground parking lot. The excavation is currently being developed. The facility is scheduled to be put into operation in 2026,” the statement says. message.

For the exterior decoration of the house, a ventilated facade system with hinged three-layer wall panels lined with brick is used. Metal baskets for air conditioners will be installed on them. The entrance areas will be decorated with stained glass glazing.

The building will have 552 apartments: 120 one-room, 391 two-room and 41 three-room. Seven apartments will be equipped for residents with limited mobility. The first floor will be made non-residential; in the lobby of the residential part of the building there will be a storage room for strollers and bicycles, a storage room for cleaning equipment and an area for mailboxes. The new building will be equipped with security systems for the entrance to the building, warning and evacuation control systems in case of fire, fire alarm systems, as well as a video surveillance system.

A children’s playground with a safe rubber surface will be installed in the yard, a sports area and a place for recreation will be arranged, lawns and flower beds will be laid out, trees and shrubs will be planted.
