Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree “On admission to Russian citizenship and renunciation of Russian citizenship.” The document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

Among others, the application to renounce the citizenship of 37-year-old Rinat Umbetov, a native of the Saratov region, was granted.

The latter previously worked at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Saratov Region. Umbetov also wrote and performed songs. For example, in 2016, he received the Grand Prix in the “Author’s Song” category in the action-festival of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation “The Mercy of the White Nights.” The award was presented to him by the famous actor Mikhail Boyarsky.
