In Samara they began to build a residential complex with an elevator for cars. It will be located on the first line from the Volga, at the intersection of Lieutenant Schmidt and Mezhevaya streets.
The parking lot in the house is two levels. It will be equipped with a special car lift. The area of parking spaces varies – from 15.12 square meters to 22.3 square meters. There are 15 of them in total, and, by the way, there are 14 apartments in the eight-story one-section building.

On the first non-residential floor of the building they intend to organize a lobby and a gym for residents of the club house. There will be bathrooms and a shower there. From the lobby you can go to the children’s playground. As planned, it will be located on the same level as the first floor of the residential complex.

Residential visits will be located on the second through eighth floors. Each one has two three-room apartments. Their area ranges from 129 to 133 square meters.

On the roof of the residential complex you can sunbathe and admire the views of the Volga. A lounge area will be organized here, equipped with sun canopies, sun loungers and sofas.
The residential complex should be put into operation on October 27, 2025. And they plan to hand over the keys to new residents by January 27, 2026.
High-rise buildings with views of the Volga may also appear near the helipad in the village of Upravlencheskiy. New buildings will be built within the boundaries of Vetvistaya Street and Berezovoy Proezd.
