On April 25, the conference “Aerospace Innovation Valley” opened in Ryazan. Infrastructure development and support for high-tech companies” (18+). Representatives of federal and regional authorities, Roscosmos, development institutions, partners and residents of the center take part in it. Conference participants discussed with experts current issues of cooperation, measures to support residents, and promising projects in various fields.

As Deputy Chairman of the regional government Yulia Shvakova said on her page on the social network VKontakte, AKID now has 60 residents, a third of them are Ryazan companies. Residents enjoy tax benefits and other government support measures for the implementation of projects in the field of aerospace technologies, radio engineering, electronics, information systems and technologies, biomedical technologies and medical devices. INTC partners are more than 30 Russian companies, development institutions and public associations, and four Russian universities.

A shared use center is currently being created, allowing companies in the region to take advantage of the capabilities of the center’s residents and partners.

This year, the Protos Scientific and Production Center will be created on the territory of the Protasovo airfield, where the design, testing, production and preparation for certification of unmanned aircraft systems will be carried out.

For the INTC infrastructure, the development of the site in Varski will continue, and a project will be implemented to create a technology park in the electronics industry within the valley.
