The head of the region noted that there is a 20% increase in durum wheat and soybeans. More than 13 thousand people will work in the fields this year.

“Today in the Arkadak region I talked with farmers, found out how the work is progressing, and whether there are any difficulties. Corn is now being planted in the farm fields.

The survey of winter crops in the region as a whole has been completed – 98% are in good condition. It is important that about 95% of the seeds are produced in Russia, of which 65% are from Saratov. Our developments in the field of agriculture are in no way inferior to foreign ones,” said Roman Busargin.
