The governor also inspected the repaired embankment of the Buzan River in the village of Krasny Yar. The improvement of the territory became possible thanks to the federal project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. Pedestrian paths were installed here, fences, benches, trash cans were installed, and lighting was installed.
As part of a working trip to the Krasnoyarsk region, Igor Babushkin laid flowers at the foot of the monument to the victims and liquidators of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident, installed on the central embankment. Today, the whole world is remembering the large-scale disaster that occurred on April 26, 1986.
