Pskov police congratulated their colleague on his 85th birthday

Police officers from Pskov congratulated veteran of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, retired police colonel Viktor Chernyshev on his 85th birthday, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Pskov region told PAI.

Viktor Chernyshev devoted more than 30 years to serving in the internal affairs bodies, having worked his way up from an investigator of the criminal investigation department of the police department of the Loknyansky district executive committee to the deputy head of the department – head of the criminal police service in the Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Pskov region.

The deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Pskov region, police colonel Sergei Ashcheulov, came to congratulate the hero of the day. He presented Viktor Chernyshev with a certificate of honor and a gift. Other colleagues of the birthday boy also joined in the congratulations. They wished him well-being and health.
