From Wednesday, May 1, 2024, seven fountains will be launched in the city center in Voronezh. This was announced today by the city mayor’s office.
In the meantime, the structures are being checked and prepared for work. On April 26, the first test run of the dry fountain, beloved by the townspeople, was held on Sovetskaya Square.
From May 1, citizens will be able to admire the frames of water flows in Sovetskaya and Pobeda squares, in Petrovsky Square, Voronezh Central Park and Orlenka. Also on the same day, the water utility will launch fountains in Koltsovsky Square and on Revolution Avenue.
Please note that all fountains have their own operating hours. So, in the Orlyonok park it will be open from 10:00 to 23:00. On Victory Square – from 10:30 to 22:00. In Petrovsky Square – from 9:00 to 21:00. And in Central Park – from 9:00 to 21:00.
“On Mondays there is a technical break in the operation of all the listed fountains,” the mayor’s office reminded.
