It was handed over to the region from the exhibition-forum at VDNKh on the day of the official start of the Year of the Family, announced by the decision of the President of the country Vladimir Putin. The anniversaries were invited to share a piece of their hearth with young couples.

“Love each other for a long, long time. – All life. – Let your life be like a big book. Read each other, get to know each other constantly. Now we are finding something else in each other. On behalf of everyone, I’ll say this: “Don’t delay with your offspring. This is not a round seal.”
