The plaintiff indicates that on May 9, 2023, he contacted Kursk City Hospital No. 6 with a request regarding improper operation of the clinic’s registry. However, he did not receive a response to the appeal within the period established by law, after which he filed a complaint with the prosecutor’s office.
During an investigation conducted by the prosecutor’s office, it was established that the plaintiff had sent an appeal to the hospital; it was received in the hospital’s email database, but was not registered. The response was sent to the plaintiff only after the prosecutor’s office began considering his appeal.
By order of the magistrate, the chief physician was given an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 5,000 rubles.
Now the plaintiff is asking to recover from the medical institution monetary compensation for moral damage in the amount of 10,000 rubles, reports the OPSSS of the Kursk region.
