At the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” on April 25, they presented a film about the industrial potential of Novosibirsk, which was included in the documentary cycle of the Russian Society “Knowledge”, dedicated to cities of labor valor.

The cycle was prepared with the support of the Fund for the Development of Production Systems and Industrial Tourism of the State Corporation Rosatom. The premiere took place in the Energy of Life pavilion as part of the All-Russian Forum “Cities of Labor Valor. Forge of effective personnel.”
In Novosibirsk, the film was shot at the sites of the Novosibirsk Chocolate Factory, JSC Mashzavod Trud and the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant named after V.P. Chkalov.
Documentary series “Forge of effective personnel. New Shift” tells not only about the heroic exploits in factories and factories during the Great Patriotic War, but also about how these enterprises operate today.
According to the governor of the Novosibirsk region Andrei Travnikov, who also took part in the filming of the film, no economy can exist without production. In recent decades, both society as a whole and young people have realized this. A working engineering profession is prestigious.
Director of the Foundation for the Development of Production Systems and Industrial Tourism Timur Siraev emphasized that the dedication and diligence of people who put their souls into their business should become an example for everyone.
In total, the documentary series will include six films. The series about Ufa, Kemerovo and Kazan will premiere in the near future. A separate film will be dedicated to career guidance and career opportunities in Russia for young professionals.
