The Yaroslavl businessman repaid the debt to the bank only after the car was seized

An entrepreneur from Pereslavl-Zalessky had to return 55 thousand rubles to the bank. Despite the not so significant amount of debt, the man did not take measures to pay it and avoided contact with bailiffs.

To encourage the debtor to fulfill his obligations, the bailiffs installed wheel locks on his car, drew up an inventory and arrest report, and were ready to evacuate him to the parking lot. The debtor realized that he could lose his transport and paid the existing debt in full on the spot.

The Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Yaroslavl Region recommends: in order to avoid seizure of property and the application of other enforcement measures, it is necessary to promptly pay existing debts, the presence of which can be checked on the official website of the Federal Bailiff Service in the section “Data Bank of Enforcement Proceedings”.
