A 27-year-old Pskovite broke a bartender’s jaw because he lost his phone, the Pskov prosecutor’s office told PAI.

On February 29, a man drank alcohol in one of the cafes in Pskov. He lost his phone and thought that the bartender had stolen the smartphone from his jacket, which was hanging next to the bar counter. Pskovich attacked the girl and broke her jaw and finger. It later turned out that he left his phone on the sofa in the same cafe.

The criminal case was sent to court for consideration. The man could face up to three years in prison.
