The Office of Civil Protection said that on April 25, the unified dispatch service was informed about a lost 44-year-old SVO participant.

He returned from a special operation zone due to injuries.

The man was relaxing with friends in nature in the Zavolzhsky district near the Fakel gardening association, and then got lost. The victim reported feeling unwell.

Employees of the Municipal Budgetary Institution “Civil Defense Department of Ulyanovsk” went to the scene. They did not find the victim at the location they indicated and called the man. To find the victim, we had to shout at him.

As a result, rescuers found the fighter, put him on a stretcher and carried him one kilometer to the nearest roadway.

An ambulance was then called for the victim. Doctors made a preliminary diagnosis of hypothermia. The man was hospitalized at the Central City Clinical Hospital.
