The Kursk Regional Court terminated the proceedings on the case of an administrative offense against the SVO participant. The United Press Service of the region’s judicial system spoke about this.

A 37-year-old resident of Kursk was brought to administrative responsibility for disobedience to the legal request of a police officer. In December last year, he refused to undergo a medical examination due to external signs of alcohol intoxication while in a public place on one of the city streets.

The court of first instance imposed a fine of 3,000 rubles on him. At the time the case was considered by the court, he was in the SVO.

The Kursk Regional Court canceled the decision due to the fact that the citizen was not notified by the court about the consideration of the case, and terminated the proceedings due to the expiration of the statute of limitations for bringing to justice.

A defense lawyer, a resident of Kursk and currently in the Northern Military District, was present at the court hearing.
