The area for processing hogweed in the Pskov region this season will be 190 hectares; about five billion rubles of subsidies from the regional and district budgets will be allocated for these purposes, the press service of the Pskov region administration told PAI.
The head of the Pskov region, Natalya Fedorova, monitored the sending of letters with notifications to land owners, feedback from them, as well as the conclusion of municipal contracts for the processing of hogweed in the Pskov region, the timing and quality of its implementation.
Let us remind you that, according to the law “On providing citizens with three or more children with free ownership of land plots in the Pskov region,” large families can receive compensation for the costs of measures to combat Sosnovsky’s hogweed.
