The prosecutor’s office checked the compliance of Transport Company Passenger Road Transportation LLC with the legislation regulating the activities of transporting passengers by buses.

The vehicles were not equipped with audio, visual and tactile stop information. In addition, the procedure for conducting transportation safety briefings was violated, and an analysis of the causes and conditions of road accidents was not carried out.

A presentation was made to the head of the transport company. The violations have now been corrected. In addition, an official of the organization was brought to disciplinary liability.

The head of a commercial organization was given administrative fines, the total amount of which was 22 thousand rubles.
