100,000 residents of the Ivanovo region took part in the All-Russian vote on the selection of territories for improvement

More than 100,000 residents of the Ivanovo region took part in the All-Russian vote on the selection of territories for improvement. This was reported by the press service of the regional government.

Voting will last until April 30 on the official website 37.gorodsreda.ru.

This year, 30 objects from 12 municipalities of Kineshma, Shuya, Ivanovo, Plyos, Vichuga, Teykov, Furmanov, Privolzhsk, Petrovsky and Lipovaya Roshcha, Navolok, Kamenki, Kolobov are participating in the online selection. “You can choose not only a new territory, which will be landscaped in subsequent years, but also design projects for those spaces that won the selection earlier. The voting results will be announced in May of this year,” the message says.

According to the regional department of construction and architecture, in some municipalities there are already clear leading territories, in others the struggle between objects is going on for every vote. The high activity of residents will help attract additional federal grants and subsidies for improvement.

Residents of Furmanovo have the largest choice: 5 territories. Most of the townspeople have so far voted for the transformation of the embankment near the sports school on Belova Street. Also proposed are projects for landscaping the areas near house No. 31 on Demyan Bednogo Street, Youth Square, the area near the city cafe on Sacco and Vanzetti Streets and the area near the building of the D.A. Museum. Furmanova on Bolshaya Furmanovskaya street.

Ivanovo residents can choose a design project for one of the four spaces of the city – the boulevard on the street. Krasnye Zori, squares near the Melange plant, public gardens in the DSK microdistrict and near the Center for Culture and Recreation. Residents of Kineshma, Kolobov and Privolzhsk can also vote on the appearance of public areas, identifying design projects for subsequent stages of improvement.

The most active voters are in Ivanovo – more than 49,000 people, Furmanovo – 8,900, Shuya – 8,200 and Kineshma – 7,000.

To take part in online voting, you need to log in to the website 37.gorodsreda.ru through “State Services”, or use the help of project volunteers.

As Izvestia.ru wrote, the all-Russian vote for the selection of objects for improvement is carried out within the framework of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”, which is being implemented by decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Taking into account the wishes of residents in the Ivanovo region, public gardens, parks, embankments, public spaces, courtyards and other places of attraction are being put in order. Over the past 6 years, in different districts of the region, more than 800 public spaces have been improved under the federal program, and 50 iconic public areas have been created. Plans for this year include transforming 19 more spaces in 15 municipalities.
