This year’s assignments are dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad, the entry of Soviet troops onto the borders of the USSR (one of the key stages of the liberation mission of the Red Army), the anniversaries of front-line writers, as well as other memorable dates. Venues will be opened in all Russian regions. “Victory Dictation” has been translated into eight languages: English, French, Spanish, Polish, Serbian, Mongolian, Chinese and Greek.
