A project for the construction of a resort and sports complex is being developed in the Kursk region

A meeting of the Council for Improving the Investment Climate, Interaction with Investors, Support and Development of Exports, led by the Governor of the Kursk Region Roman Starovoit, was held in the video conferencing mode.

The Vagonmash group of companies has developed a project for a resort and sports complex in the Kursk region. It involves construction on an area of ​​more than 5,000 sq.m. a hotel with 40 rooms, glamping sites, a cafe, a bathhouse, a first-aid post, ski slopes, a cheesecake track, an ice skating rink and a rental point. It is planned that the complex will operate in the summer. Currently the project is at the design stage. The head of the region instructed to provide maximum assistance to speed up its implementation.

In addition, an industrial park is planned to be located in the Fatezhsky district on an area of ​​110 hectares. The volume of declared investments is about 14 billion rubles.
