In Kostroma, at the Gubernsky Convention and Exhibition Center, the closing of the regional stage of the “Student Spring” took place. At the gala concert, three educational institutions received the Grand Prix.
Students from all over the region took part in the Festival. The jury selected 48 winners in various categories. They received diplomas and cash prizes. The best among secondary vocational, higher and specialized educational institutions were identified. According to the results, the Kostroma Agricultural Academy, the Trade and Economic College and the regional College of Culture were recognized as leaders for the largest number of victories. All participants who won prizes can go to the All-Russian stage of the Student Spring festival. It will be held in Saratov from May 26 to June 1.
Lyubov Volodina, jury member (Journalism direction): “It’s very nice that this year, in addition to, so to speak, the luminaries of the genre, those guys who are participating not for the first time and are growing professionally, there are newcomers. Newcomers in various categories, bright newcomers appeared among university students, among those who study in secondary specialized educational institutions. And we also have a specialized nomination – future journalists present their work to us. There were a lot of worthy works this year too.”
Olesya Sokolova, choreographer and director of the winning performance in the “Modern Dance” nomination: “We prepared for days, nights, in the field. And they rented halls, both on stage and behind the stage, and gathered with someone. It was, of course, difficult, but the memories are simply wonderful, we are glad that we were singled out, because… This is the first experience and there are already such results.”
