Women behind bars are even luckier. In the new collection of clothes for the winter, they will find mittens, long parkas, and ear flaps made of synthetic materials versus fur for men. The color variety of the female form is also much wider. Now they can dress up in burgundy, turquoise or light gray robes.
The Pomeranian Federal Penitentiary Service said that these innovations are being implemented as part of the implementation of the concept for the development of the penal system of the Russian Federation until 2030. They are confident that in the new uniform the prisoners will look less gloomy and more modern.
