During a working visit to the Makaryevsky municipal district, deputy of the Kostroma Regional Duma Yuri Shestakov discussed with the military commissar the issues of entering and completing military service for residents of the Makaryevsky district under a contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the media learned44.
As the deputy himself reports on his page in VK, now more than a hundred Makaryevites serve behind the ribbon. According to military commissar Alexander Kozlov, military registration and enlistment office employees are trying to monitor the fate of each of them, realizing that their names are already in history, which cannot be lost. The local coordinator of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation also helps with this.
Family members of fighters are provided with full support. This was confirmed by the wife of one of the SVO fighters, Olga, with whom the deputy spoke during the meeting. She said that their 12-year-old son is often invited to master classes and concerts, including in the regional center, he is provided with free meals at school, and in the summer he goes to a country camp.
Let us remind you that the regional administration has developed amendments to the legislation. They have already been approved by the regional Duma. Now all participants in a special military operation, without waiting for the end of their service, will be able to apply for free land plots.
