Honorary citizen of Murmansk Galina Balbus celebrates her anniversary

Today, April 26, 2024, honorary citizen of Murmansk Galina Balbus celebrates her anniversary. She worked for the city highway department for more than 40 years.

Colleagues speak of her as a person who can find a technically sound solution in any situation, even the most difficult one.
