Rostov region, April 26, 2024. DON24.RU. In the Don region, 25 families whose first children were born have received state support for the purchase of housing since the beginning of the year. The Government of the Rostov region spoke about this.
The payment amount is half of the amount of regional maternity capital – 72 thousand 106 rubles.
One of these couples is Anastasia and Ivan Krivorotov. Since 2020, they have already participated in the program to subsidize the interest rate on housing loans.
The payments were processed by the Housing Programs Agency. And for four years they receive money from the regional budget to pay off mortgage interest.
This year the couple had a daughter. And the Krivorotovs again turned to the agency to receive additional subsidies in connection with the birth of their first child. The family received 72,106 rubles, which will be used to repay the principal debt on the loan.
As Maria Gavrikova, head of the Housing Programs Agency, said, there are several types of state support in the region. More than 3,000 families have been receiving compensation in various areas for several years. In 2024, 1 billion 751 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.
