Residents of the Chelyabinsk region were told how to influence the formation of a road repair map, reports a correspondent of the Access News Agency.

Let us remind you that the volume of funds in the regional road fund for 2024 is 24.7 billion rubles, of which 12.2 billion are allocated to municipalities.

According to the region’s Road Construction Minister Alexey Nechaev, South Urals residents can send information about the need for road repairs in populated areas to the department’s website, using an interactive map of road repairs.

“It is constantly updated because additional decisions are made virtually every week. Basically, all objects in municipalities are now listed there. (…) You don’t have to go far, click there, write to us, we’ll take this into our work too“, the minister noted.

He also said that “all municipalities received a double subsidy compared to last year for the repairs of their roads and street road networks.”

In Chelyabinsk, according to his information, work will be intensified on intra-block driveways and connections between main roads. “Main roads are in the plan, but now we are giving priority to internal driveways, because, in fact, there are a lot of complaints. (…) A list is now being formed, there are already a number of solutions“- added Nechaev.

In Magnitogorsk, it is planned to renovate 510 thousand square meters this year.
