Saratov lacks 100 kilometers of storm drains

In Saratov, there is a shortage of about 100 km of storm drains. Mayor Lada Mokrousova said this during a report to deputies of the City Duma on April 26.

“The existing stormwater network needs to be expanded – it is necessary to lay about 100 km of stormwater drainage in new areas of the city”she noted.

Projects have now been prepared for the construction of networks in eight sections with a total length of 6.5 km.

Let us remind you that Saratov also lacks about 120 units of road and municipal equipment.
