The Vologda Museum-Reserve invites Vologda residents and tourists to admire the spring views of the city from the bell tower and visit the St. Sophia Cathedral, whose foundation is associated with Ivan the Terrible.

From April 27, both sites are open to the public. Opening hours: from 10:00 to 17:30 (ticket office until 17:00, inspection until 17:30).

Ticket price for the bell tower: 300 rubles. – adult, 200 rub. – preferential (schoolchildren, students, pensioners);

Ticket price to St. Sophia Cathedral: 250 rubles. – adult; 150 rub. – preferential (schoolchildren, students, pensioners).

Tickets can be purchased at the box office at the bell tower (Vologda, S. Orlova St., 15).

Opening hours on holidays: April 27-30, May 1, May 3-5, May 9-12, May 15. The bell tower and the cathedral are closed: May 2, May 6-8, May 13-14.

Please also note that facilities may be closed during rainy weather for safety reasons. You can find out if they are open by calling the excursion department: 8 (8172)72-25-11.
