At the Festival of the Murmansk Official League of KVN they were awarded a prize named after Stanislav Agafonov from the editorial group of the association.

“We’ve had an amazing editor in our league over the years that we’ll never forget, and he’s the reason this league is so strong in the first place.” Spectators come and buy tickets, and they are sold out literally in one day. And we owe the level that the Murmansk teams have reached, first of all, to him,” said the head of the Murmansk KVN league Alexey Shamov.

Stas passed away at the beginning of the year. The presentation of the prize in his name was very touching. Alexey began to speak in the hall, but the incessant applause and the audience and jury members rising from their seats forced him to move to the stage.

“I would like Stas’s family to see this,” said Alexey Shamov.

He remembered that Stas always said that in KVN there is such a rule – the screen opens, and it should immediately be funny. It was not Stas who formulated this rule, but he always promoted it.

“And today there was a team that met these criteria. She came out, didn’t say anything, but it already became funny and interesting, in our opinion. This is the KVN “Olkon” team,” with these words Alexey Shamov presented the prize to the grimy members of the Olenegorsk team.
