The traditional event took place on Theater Square in Kaluga, reported head of the region Vladislav Shapsha.
The show was opened by children from the Scarlet Flower kindergarten. About 10 kids walked in pairs to the sounds of the orchestra.
“That’s right, the tradition of patriotism needs to be instilled from a very young age,” – noted the governor of the Kaluga region.
After the kindergarteners, the Youth Army members and cadets came out. They performed a patriotic marching song, where they showed their unity and coherence.
The event is dedicated to the 79th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. In addition, 2024 marks the eighth anniversary of the Yunarmiya movement. In total, 40 cadet classes and Youth Army detachments from the Kaluga regions took part in the review.
In February, members of the Youth Army from the Iznoskovsky district honored the soldiers of the Northern Military District.
