Moscow. 26 April. INTERFAX – More than 90 real estate properties in the Central Administrative District of Moscow were purchased from the city in the first quarter of 2024, the press service of the capital’s Department of City Property (DGI) reported.

“Based on the results of the first quarter of 2024, individuals and entrepreneurs entered into 91 purchase and sale agreements for real estate in the center of the capital with a total area of ​​16.71 thousand square meters. These are mainly premises located in basements, on the ground and attic floors of non-residential buildings and apartment buildings. They have a free purpose, which will allow them to be used for various commercial purposes: for opening shops, cafes, distribution points, and additional educational institutions,” the message states the words of the head of the DGI, Maxim Gaman.

He clarified that 10 premises with an area of ​​1.66 thousand square meters are located in cultural heritage sites. The new owners will have to ensure the safety of the monuments during operation.
