According to the department, a 57-year-old Saratov resident became a defendant in a criminal case “about incitement to commit a crime and embezzlement of someone else’s property.” “The man was a participant in a criminal scheme to steal specialized devices belonging to the Ministry of Defense. In it, he acted as a driver and transported stolen property,” the department’s official release says.

The court sentenced the attacker to imprisonment and ordered the confiscation of 650 thousand rubles, which were material evidence. The bailiffs of the Frunzensky district of Saratov, having received the writ of execution, initiated enforcement proceedings.

“The collected funds were turned into state revenue after they were transferred to the account of the bailiffs department,” the Federal Bailiff Service reported.
