The trade union conducted training for healthcare workers in Ryazan – News – the city of Ryazan on the city website RZN.info

On Friday, April 26, training took place for the reserve of trade union personnel and activists, organized by regional organization of the Trade Union of Healthcare Workers of the Russian Federation. The event is designed to improve the professional skills and knowledge of workers who in the future will be able to occupy responsible positions in trade union bodies.

Opening the meeting, the chairman of the regional organization, Natalya Shambazova, noted its importance for the professional growth and development of all participants. She also emphasized the value of sharing knowledge and experience and encouraged open and constructive dialogue during training.

The training took place in the format of a seminar, at which experts in the field of the trade union movement shared their experience and knowledge with the participants. The work program included topics such as the statutory activities of the Trade Union, interaction with employers and government bodies, office work, information work and work with youth.

The scale of the event – with more than fifty participants present at the seminar – allowed for a wide range of issues to be discussed and a variety of points of view to be heard. During rest breaks, participants talked with specialists from the regional organization, discussed personal experience of trade union work, and made new acquaintances.

Measures to train the reserve of trade union personnel are of great importance for the development of the trade union movement. They help prepare a new generation of leaders who can effectively protect the interests of workers and develop trade union activities.
